Right of Withdrawal for Pay & Collect
If you have purchased goods via Pay & Collect, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. If you wish to cancel a purchase made on biltema.se using Pay & Collect, you must notify us and clearly state which purchase you wish to cancel.
You can visit your nearest Biltema store, and we will assist you with the return on site. Please bring the item and the receipt or other proof of purchase. If you do not visit a store, you may contact us by email, letter, or telephone. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's withdrawal form or our digital withdrawal form.
Complete terms and conditions regarding the right of withdrawal, open purchase and claims for Pay & Collect can be found in our terms and conditions, section 7.
Purchase with a right of return
Biltema offers a 30-day right to return your purchase policy for items purchased in our stores in Sweden or through Click & Collect on biltema.se. The conditions for the right to return a purchase do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
The following conditions apply:
- Exchange or return must take place within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The receipt must be presented.
- The item must be unused and in new condition.
- The original packaging must be undamaged and unopened.
- Oils, chemicals and other products may only be exchanged or returned if any seal remains intact.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, for example to the same card for card purchases or in cash for cash purchases.
Your Statutory Right to Make a Claim
When purchasing from Biltema in Sweden, you always have a three-year right to make a claim under the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).
If you believe that a product is defective, you must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. A claim made within two months of discovering the defect is always considered to have been submitted within a reasonable time. If continued use of the product risks worsening the defect or causing damage, the product should not be used.
You may visit your nearest Biltema store for assistance with your claim. Bring the product and receipt, or another proof of purchase.
Please contact us before visiting a store if doing so would involve additional inconvenience or costs. We will help assess how the claim should be handled. You can reach us by phone, email or letter.
Complete terms and conditions regarding claims for Click & Collect can be found in our terms and conditions, section 7.
Review of Claims
If your claim has been fully or partially rejected and you believe the decision is incorrect, you may submit the dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
ARN is a public authority that impartially reviews disputes between consumers and businesses and issues recommendations on how disputes should be resolved. Biltema always participates in ARN proceedings.

For certain products, Biltema offers a 3, 4, 5 or 10-year warranty. These products are marked with a special warranty symbol.
The warranty period is calculated from the original purchase date. The receipt serves as proof of warranty, and the warranty period is stated on the receipt.
If a product fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the product. If the product is no longer part of our range, Biltema will provide a suitable replacement product. Biltema determines what constitutes a suitable replacement.
Biltema's warranties are voluntary commitments that provide benefits in addition to your statutory rights. The warranty does not affect your right to make a claim under consumer protection legislation.
