What guarantee does Biltema provide on the goods?

On some products we offer a 3, 4, 5 or 10 year warranty – these products have a special guarantee symbol.

The guarantee period starts from the original purchase date against presentation of the cash receipt. If a product breaks during the warranty period due to manufacturing or material defects, we will repair or replace it. If the product is no longer in our range, we will offer a suitable replacement product according to our ruling.

Otherwise, we follow the rules and areas of application of the Consumer Purchasing Act. Biltema is not responsible for loss in business operations. The cash receipt is valid as proof of guarantee.
